Raspberry & Oat Pot

You may choose to make the above for the entire family or just as an individual portion in a wide small drinking glass/tumbler for example.

 

 

Ingredients :

  • 4 small cartons of natural yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons of pure honey
  • 4 cups of granola (no sugar added granola/see my easy oat recipe below)
  • 4 cups of frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut/flakes of coconut

Method:

  1. Simply put your yogurt in the bottom of your serving dish
  2. Pour your granola/cooled oat mixture on top
  3. Pour honey over granola
  4. Place frozen raspberries on top
  5. Leave in fridge over night to let the raspberries soak and moisten the granola/oats
  6. Sprinkle your coconut over the top
  7. Enjoy the next morning!

Banana and oat pots

Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons of plain oats
  • 2 tablespoons of pure honey
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cartons of natural (unsweetened) yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut (optional)

Method:

  1. Sprinkle 6 tablespoons of oats on a baking tray with 2 tablespoons of pure honey drizzled evenly over them
  2. Grill gently for 3-4 minutes, turning every minute until golden and crisp
  3. Mash 2 bananas and mix mashed bananas with natural yogurt
  4. Layer into 4 tumblers with the toasted oats, topped with coconut
  5. Enjoy!
